4. Photo Privacy & Security

4.1 Default Privacy: All photos you upload are private and visible only to you. Your photos remain private across all your trips and outfit plans.

4.2 Storage: Photos are stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Base44 platform) with industry-standard encryption and access controls.

4.3 Access Control: Photos are scoped to your user account and only you have access to them.

4.4 Security Limitations: While we implement reasonable security measures, no online service can guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of storing information online.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete individual items (trips, photos, etc.) at any time through the Service interface.

6. Data Deletion

7.1 Individual Items: You can delete individual photos, trips, or other content at any time through the Service.

7.2 Account Deletion: To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact hello@packedperfect.app. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days).

7.3 Backup Retention: Deleted data may persist in backups for a limited period before being permanently removed from all systems.

7. Third-Party Services

PackedPerfect is built on the Base44 platform, which provides backend infrastructure, authentication, and storage services. Your data is stored on Base44's secure servers. Base44 may have its own privacy policy governing its infrastructure operations.

We do not integrate with other third-party services that have access to your personal data.

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your login session and provide core functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that collect personal information.

9. Children's Privacy

PackedPerfect is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

10. International Users

PackedPerfect is operated from Ontario, Canada. If you access the Service from outside Canada, your information may be transferred to and stored in Canada. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
