By accessing or using PackedPerfect ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

PackedPerfect is a trip planning and outfit organization tool that allows users to create packing lists, plan itineraries, and organize outfits with photo uploads. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

3. Operator & Jurisdiction

PackedPerfect is operated by an independent owner (not a registered company) located in Ontario, Canada. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

PackedPerfect is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption.

The Service is operated by an individual without the resources of a large corporation. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain security and availability, no guarantees are provided.

7. Security Disclaimer

While we implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, no online service can guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of storing information online.

8. Data Deletion

You may delete individual photos or trips at any time through the Service interface. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact hello@packedperfect.app. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy rights

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
